Finance

Lindsey’s break into finance began the traditional way, by picking up the phone. Determined to find her start, she cold-called every bank along Royal Poinciana Way in Palm Beach until she connected with a father and son wealth management team at Morgan Keegan (now Raymond James). After interning with their team, she joined J.P. Morgan, where she spent nine years in investment banking and asset management, helping lead more than $6 billion in municipal bond deals that supported affordable housing and U.S. infrastructure projects. At J.P. Morgan, she thrived in the fast-paced, analytical environment, developing the quantitative and strategic skills that continue to define her business approach today.

Following her tenure at J.P. Morgan, Lindsey joined Neighborly, a FinTech startup that democratized access to municipal bonds through an online broker-dealer platform. In 2019, she co-founded Lit Communities, a fiber optic infrastructure company backed by The Pritzker Organization and Stephens Capital. In 2023, Lit Communities received a $150 million investment from Oak Tree Capital and later merged with Omni Fiber. Lindsey serves as an advisor to Pana Capital Management, a NYC private equity firm investing in companies driving the clean energy transition.

Bringing her financial expertise into the entertainment industry, Lindsey has applied her budgeting, operations, and problem-solving skills to film and television production. She is quickly building a reputation as a thoughtful and strategic Line Producer, combining her finance background with a passion for storytelling and creative collaboration.
